Shipping and Return Policy

1) Goods once sold cannot be returned. The order, if placed by mistake, has to be cancelled before dispatch of goods. The order cannot be cancelled once goods are packed and taken out of the factory or store.

2) Once order is completed and payment is made, a transaction charge of 5% of total payment made will be deducted and only balance will be repaid even if order is cancelled before dispatch of goods. This deduction is towards payment gateway charges, which cannot be refunded.

3) Order cannot be cancelled in parts once payment is made. The order will have to be cancelled in full and a revised order should be placed. The amount paid towards cancelled order has to be claimed separately. Fresh payment has to be made for the revised order.

4) Goods will be dispatched within 72 hours of placement of order and details of courier and tracking number will be sent to the Email Id given or the Mobile Phone number or both.

5) The goods will be dispatched only to the address for delivery indicated in the order.

6) It is expected that goods will be delivered in a maximum of 7 days of dispatch in any part of India. If goods are not delivered within this period, please contact the courier agency and also advice our customer service department.

7) Contact our customer service department through Email or Telephone, for any complaints or additional service. Every effort will be made to promptly attend to all such complaints or service request.

Online sales is available only for India as of now and that sales outside India is expected to be available in the near future.
